The cozy and functional loft offers, 45 sq.mt of space and a perfect blend of modern design within a traditional environment. The doors of the loft opens directly into a comfortable day area where you will find a living room with a cozy Italian sofa placed right in front of the entertainment unit, which features an LCD TV, DVD Player and satellite receiver. The large windows in the living room, allows all the sunlight to shine in the apartment. The fully equipped Italian kitchen is complete with all the cooking utensils and with avant-garde appliances including Whirlpool’s top of the line Genie Sixth Sense oven-grill-steamer-microwave. The botticino marble bathroom features a hydro jet massage shower and Philippe Starck design elements. The custom crafted steel staircase leads to the second floor hosting a custom made double size bed, which can accommodate up to two people. The loft is complete with parquet flooring and wireless broadband internet connection.

Porta Garibaldi, a neighbor of Porta Venezia is a very famous area in Milan. The area features many activities with energetic Corso Como, full of famous restaurants being located here. The Garibaldi Train Station also can be found in the area connects the area with other districts of Milan and even other cities of Italy. Supermarkets, gym, bars and very trendy boutiques such as 10 Corso Como are only a portion of what area has to offer. Porta Garibaldi is located at walking distance from other important areas such as Duomo, Brera and Montenapoleone.

Once you confirm your reservation request, we will be entitled to charge your credit card with 30% of the total amount, this is called the "no show fee". This amount will not be reimbursed to you under no conditions. The rest of the amount (70% of the total accommodation fee), which will be called Net Amount, will be governed by our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your check-in date the net amount will be fully reimbursed.
• If you cancel your reservation between 3 to 14 days before your check-in date, 50% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your check-in date, 100% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a stay longer than 3 months, the "no show fee" will be equal to the rent of one month.

Our regular check-in starts at 2pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 9pm. Late check-in and check-in on national holidays can be arranged upon agreement and are subjected to an extra fee. Check-out should be completed by 12noon on the day of departure. Late check-out will be charged as one more night unless otherwise was agreed prior to the finalized reservation.

Malpensa Airport: Take the Malpensa Express Train and arrive at Cadorna Train Station. From here you can take MM2 Green Metro Line towards Gessate direction and exit at Garibaldi metro station.

Linate Airport: Take the bus no. 73 which will take you to Piazza San Babila. From here take MM1 Red Metro Line towards RHO Fiera/Bisceglie direction untill Cadorna metro station. Here, you can switch to MM2 Green Metro Line towards the direction of Gessate and exit at Porta Garibaldi metro station.
