Once you confirm your reservation request, we will be entitled to charge your credit card with 30% of the total amount, this is called the "no show fee". This amount will not be reimbursed to you under no conditions. The rest of the amount (70% of the total accommodation fee), which will be called Net Amount, will be governed by our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your check-in date the net amount will be fully reimbursed.
• If you cancel your reservation between 3 to 14 days before your check-in date, 50% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your check-in date, 100% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a stay longer than 3 months, the "no show fee" will be equal to the rent of one month.

Generalmente è possibile registrarsi dalle ore 14 alle ore 21 del giorno di arrivo. La registrazione nelle ore notturne o nei giorni festivi (festività nazionali) può essere concordata fra le parti e sarà soggetta a un costo addizionale. L’appartamento dovrà essere lasciato libero entro le ore 12 del giorno di partenza. Qualsiasi ritardo sarà calcolato come una notte supplementare a meno che non sia stato concordato prima di completare la prenotazione.
