The entrance door opens to a corridor which leads to the living room, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a dining table for 4 people. The room is very bright during the day as it has large windows, letting the beautiful sunshine in to the apartment. During the night it is very quiet as the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building. Reachable from the living room, you will find the fully equipped kitchen separated with sliding doors, complete with embedded oven, kettle, and microwave oven. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. The laundry room, where the washer is located can be reached from the bathroom. Next, you will access the double bedroom with a king size comfortable bed which can be lifted up in order to place your luggage or personal belongings, which is a total space saver, a built-in wardrobe and night stands. Porta Venezia area is one of the main areas, where a lot of the city's commercial and financial activities take place and a prime shopping area as it is positioned at walking distance from the famous Duomo Square and the Golden Triangle shopping district. Starting from the famous Corso Venezia and continuing along the Corso Buenos Aires, both being wide boulevards dedicated to shopping; mainly luxurious brands and large chain clothing stores, departments stores, shoe shops and supermarkets, the main streets in this area are very lively with business people from different industries and shoppers walking around. The buildings in the Porta Venezia neighborhood are grand 20th century structures and the area is easily accessible by public transport from the rest of the city. There are some side streets and wonderful restaurants and bars throughout the area and most notably, it is home to the public gardens (Parco Indro Montanelli), which is a peaceful and quiet area within the hustle and bustle of the area. Once you confirm your reservation request, we will be entitled to charge your credit card with 30% of the total amount, this is called the "no show fee". This amount will not be reimbursed to you under no conditions. The rest of the amount (70% of the total accommodation fee), which will be called Net Amount, will be governed by our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your check-in date the net amount will be fully reimbursed.
• If you cancel your reservation between 3 to 14 days before your check-in date, 50% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your check-in date, 100% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a stay which is longer than 3 months, the "no show fee" will be equal to the rent of one month.

Our regular check-in starts at 2pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 9pm. Late check-in and check-in on national holidays can be arranged upon agreement and are subjected to an extra fee. Check-out should be completed by 12noon on the day of departure. Late check-out will be charged as one more night unless otherwise was agreed prior to the finalized reservation.

Linate Airport: Take the bus no. 73 which will take you to Piazza San Babila. From here take MM1 Red Metro Line towards Sesto direction and exit at Porta Venezia metro station.
