The Sant'Ambrogio area is one of the oldest and most beautiful areas in Milan. Being positioned between Duomo, Ticinese and Brera areas, it is reachable from all these locations within 10 minutes on foot. The area is characterized by medieval-looking little streets with low-rise apartment buildings set around pretty courtyards. The area hosts delicious traditional Milanese restaurants along with modern bars. The financial heart of Milan, where Borsa Italiana is located can be reached from here on foot in less than 10 minutes. Important structures such as The National Science and Technology museum Leonardo Da Vinci, Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio and Università del Sacro Cuore are also located in this area. It is served very well by all means of public transportation, where you can use tram, bus and metro stops in order to reach the rest of the city and both international and national train stations such as Stazione Centrale and Cadorna FN, from which trains leave to Malpensa airport.

Once you confirm your reservation request, we will be entitled to charge your credit card with 30% of the total amount, this is called the "no show fee". This amount will not be reimbursed to you under no conditions. The rest of the amount (70% of the total accommodation fee), which will be called Net Amount, will be governed by our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your check-in date the net amount will be fully reimbursed.
• If you cancel your reservation between 3 to 14 days before your check-in date, 50% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your check-in date, 100% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a stay longer than 3 months, the "no show fee" will be equal to the rent of one month.

Our regular check-in starts at 2pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 9pm. Late check-in and check-in on national holidays can be arranged upon agreement and are subjected to an extra fee. Check-out should be completed by 12noon on the day of departure. Late check-out will be charged as one more night unless otherwise was agreed prior to the finalized reservation.

From the highway, you will need to take the Viale Certosa exit.

Malpensa Airport: Take the Malpensa Shuttle (Bus) to Central Station (Stazione Centrale). From Central Station take MM3 Yellow Metro Line towards San Donato direction and get exit at Missori metro station.

Linate Airport: Take bus no. 73 and exit at San Babila stop. Once you are there, you can take the MM1 Red Metro Line and change to MM3 Yellow Metro Line at Duomo stop. Once in the MM3 Yellow Metro Line, go towards San Donato direction and exit at Missori stop.
