The fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, invites you to cook delicious meals with its embedded full size oven. The night area offers a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a study desk. The bathroom consists of a shower box, toilet, bide and cupboards. The apartment comes complete with parquet flooring and complimentary wireless broadband internet connection. The Corso Venezia joins the Piazzale Oberdan, in which are two little gatehouses of the Porta Venezia. From here the busy Corso Buenos Aires continues the line of Corso Venezia northeast to the circular Piazzale Loreto. Porta Venezia is a very popular and classy residential area in Milan with its history and connection to the rest of the city. It is a neighbor of the Duomo area, which is in reach with both metro and tram lines. Porta Venezia offers different tastes of popular restaurants, bars and shops along with traditional boutiques and famous fashion houses.

Once you confirm your reservation request, we will be entitled to charge your credit card with 30% of the total amount, this is called the "no show fee". This amount will not be reimbursed to you under no conditions. The rest of the amount (70% of the total accommodation fee), which will be called Net Amount, will be governed by our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your check-in date the net amount will be fully reimbursed.
• If you cancel your reservation between 3 to 14 days before your check-in date, 50% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your check-in date, 100% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a stay longer than 3 months, the "no show fee" will be equal to the rent of one month.

Our regular check-in starts at 2pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 9pm. Late check-in and check-in on national holidays can be arranged upon agreement and are subjected to an extra fee. Check-out should be completed by 12noon on the day of departure. Late check-out will be charged as one more night unless otherwise was agreed prior to the finalized reservation.

Linate Airport: Take bus no. 73 which will take you to Piazza San Babila. From here take MM1 Red Metro Line towards Sesto direction and exit at Porta Venezia metro station.
