The brand new 60 sq.mt one bedroom apartment offers comfort and space thanks to its smart design, which has utilized the space very efficiently. The steel entrance door will lead you to the living area, where you will find a cozy sofa group, dining table for 6 people, a library, TV unit with DVD Player and a fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, air condition and full size ironing set are also present in the apartment. The night area offers a double bedroom, complete with a large dresser. The bathroom is fitted with a large hydro massage shower and a washing machine. The apartment also offers a 15 sq. mt private terrace, where you can have nice dinners and cool drinks. The building has a video surveillance system which offers total security.

Corso Sempione is one of the liveliest areas in Milan full of new restaurants and popular bars. It is located strategically between the Duomo area and the Fiera area and is connected very well with the rest of the city. The famous Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione are also located in this area and Brera area is in reach on foot within 20 minutes.

Once you confirm your reservation request, we will be entitled to charge your credit card with 30% of the total amount, this is called the "no show fee". This amount will not be reimbursed to you under no conditions. The rest of the amount (70% of the total accommodation fee), which will be called Net Amount, will be governed by our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your check-in date the net amount will be fully reimbursed.
• If you cancel your reservation between 3 to 14 days before your check-in date, 50% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your check-in date, 100% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a stay longer than 3 months, the "no show fee" will be equal to the rent of one month.

Our regular check-in starts at 2pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 9pm. Late check-in and check-in on national holidays can be arranged upon agreement and are subjected to an extra fee. Check-out should be completed by 12noon on the day of departure. Late check-out will be charged as one more night unless otherwise was agreed prior to the finalized reservation.
