Bright one bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (with elevator and courtyard) with a porter, positioned between Porta Romana and Duomo.

The cozy 65 sq.mt apartment is located in a very nice building which used to be a famous residence. The steel entrance door opens to the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for 4 people. The room is very bright during the day as it has 2 large windows, letting the beautiful sunshine in to the apartment. During the night it is very quiet as the apartment faces the green courtyard of the building. On the right side of the living room, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, embedded oven, kettle, fresh orange juice squeezer and washing machine. From the living room you will first reach the modern bathroom, with a large shower. Next, you will access the double bedroom with a king size comfortable bed, a large closet, a dresser and night stands. Porta Romana is one of the few areas in Milan, which you can feel the liveliness 24 hours a day due to the presence of Bocconi University and its short distance from Duomo and Navigli areas. Public transportation like both Yellow metro line and tram bus will make you reach Duomo in just few minutes. Driving lovers will find this spot in town quite easy to access from the close Corvetto Highway exit.

Once you confirm your reservation request, we will be entitled to charge your credit card with 30% of the total amount, this is called the "no show fee". This amount will not be reimbursed to you under no conditions. The rest of the amount (70% of the total accommodation fee), which will be called Net Amount, will be governed by our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your check-in date the net amount will be fully reimbursed.
• If you cancel your reservation between 3 to 14 days before your check-in date, 50% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your check-in date, 100% of the net amount will be charged on your credit card.

In case of a stay longer than 3 months, the "no show fee" will be equal to the rent of one month.

Our regular check-in starts at 2pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 9pm. Late check-in and check-in on national holidays can be arranged upon agreement and are subjected to an extra fee. Check-out should be completed by 12noon on the day of departure. Late check-out will be charged as one more night unless otherwise was agreed prior to the finalized reservation.

Malpensa Airport: Take the Malpensa Shuttle (Bus) to Central Station (Stazione Centrale). From Central Station take MM3 Yellow Metro Line towards San Donato direction and get off at Crocetta metro station, which is located a few steps away from the apartment.
